This one particular windy day (what day isn't windy in Lethbridge) I was walking downtown and I saw a $50 bill blowing down the sidewalk. I managed to chase it down and when I caught it I looked around. About a block and half back was a guy sitting waiting for the bus. I walked up to him and I asked him if he lost a $50 bill. He looked at it and said "N... why yes I did!" So I returned it to him! It feels so good to do something so kind. That guy didn't even know he had lost his money and would've been in for a surprise when he went to spend it. The smile on his face, if I didn't know better I almost would've thought that he had pulled a fast one on me.

You could also buy tickets for the play houses that they have up at Sunridge mall. $4 a ticket, all proceeds to Habitat for Humanity. What's even better, if you win and don't want the playhouse, you can donate it back and they'll give you a $10,000 charitable donation tax receipt.

Why would you want to punish the homeless by forcing them to eat McDonalds food?

That report was such B.S. Yes, only 19% of all donations go to victims' services. However, 43% of all donations go towards awareness programs and advertising which is aimed at reducing the instances of impaired driving - the other part of M.A.D.D. Canada's mandate.

Get a fishing rod and hook the twenty to it and go fishing downtown. Make sure to try and do it across lanes of traffic and watch the hilarity ensue. Afterwards blow the money on a cheap porno and a six pack of keiths.

Go to a restraunt with your family, and tip normal+20.
Thats what I always do, that way you are helping someone in the service industry and if the server is hot she will think your a big spender/tipper and might give better service the next time

It's the holiday season and there are lots of little kids who don't get toys or anything else (not even a good christmas meal) so donate it to a charity that helps kids get their wishes. Make some little kid's Christmas a merry one.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who was bothered by this.

spend a portion of the $20 on blow and you still have enough left over for a hooker? I hope you have your doctor and the blood test lab on speed dial.

The best place I find money is at a really busy bar....at the actual bar where drunk people are buying drinks. I find a lot of money on the floor right by the bar. The drunk *******s pull out there wad of cash and drop it on the floor. I found a $50 bill once at a bar in Camrose.....I bought my table like 4 rounds of drinks.

I LOVE that idea! I'll get in on that. No matter where it hits you, it'll only be 1 buck more, so I guess I'll jump in at 22.
The only thing is to figure out where it stops and where it goes.

Yep, I really like that whole Pay-It-Forward idea too... but I think it will be difficult to do.

Yeah I read that too. Not sure why they would attack MADD like that, slow news day I guess.

No, you're not the only one. It is right up there with people saying ATM machine or PIN number. The redundancy makes me mental.

I'm leaning towards buying a toy to donate to kids.
Any other ideas? Does anyone know a family that could use an extra 20, I could slip it in their mail box or something.
