I need some to fill my backyard in... how much per square foot?

Not that kind of grass? Well what the heck kind of grass is it...

Oh... that kind... can I still use it for my backyard?

Depends on the cat.. cats can claw and shred drapes easily, leave claw marks on railings and walls as they jump up on things, and even use things like bathroom vanities to sharpen their claws (I've seen it).

They can also mark their territories by spraying urine everywhere, stain carpets with vomit or poop (someone closes the door to the litter box).

Some cats are demon possessed and attack and bite neighbourhood children.

But a good owner mitigates most of those things.

That and your suite looks pretty nice compared to some of the basement suites i've lived in. Plus you get a fellow CPer living above you
