Amazing Winter Snow Storm

I worked one winter building a mine, in Alice Arm, next to the Alaska panhandle. 25' of snow someone said. We had covered stairs going up the mountain side. A favorite game was letting your buddy get well ahead to the uncovered bottom and bang on the roof. If your timing was right you'd bury him in a mini avalanche.

Nice pictures Nehkara, in my neck of the woods, it's supposed to snow this weekend with cold weather following. I like it for about a week, that's long enough.

Being out in it, it sure seemed like it. The snow was thick in the air... and we don't get a lot of snow... so I think this counts.
