Very dissapointing finish to a very dissapointing CFL season overall.

Really this season was horrible. Most of the games sucked including almost the entire playoffs.

I kinda chuckled when I saw them playing with the top half. Been done before - I remember when the Cup toured Saskatchewan after the '89 win. They had a green ribbon tied on it to apparently cover a crack which occurred during the post game festivities.

Ahhhh, its time for a newer one anyway! The top cup part is pretty cool, but the body sure is cheap! Especially for a championship trophy!

Hats off to Wally! He is a great coach and sure showed some new colours in this championship game by using all of his QB's with no controversy! You could tell all week that he knew he was gonna school Montreal's head coach! Something the Don was sure uncapable of last year unfortunately .

Well, at least last years game was entertaining. Montreal, Calvillo especially, was awful! He looked like a rookie for being in his 5th(?) cup game. I smell the winds of change sweeping through Montreal........... !

My brother was a team mate with Javier Glatt in UBC, and says he was a really good guy. So I'm sure he's glad to see the Lions win, and see Glatt lay that big hit which caused that fumble on the play that Montreal should have challenged. That was a pretty good lick that Javy put on the Edwards whether or not he was actually down.

Now people can't say Dave can't win the big one (MVP too).

A real shame Ferterik didn't bring him back to the Stamps.
