It really looks photoshopped to me. The image on the right is way too bright and looks like it was dropped in based on the grass image on the foot. The Shadow looks like a CGI effect from the Lord of the Rings movie.
Given how prevelant digital cameras are now and such it's really amazing that someone hasn't come up with a good definitave picture that proves ghosts. There must be some reason why not!
