But even the original - sometimes they photograph the evidence, sometimes they garb it immediately. They make the actual detectives look like glorified body guards.
Not that I expect realism - it is TV for entertainment - but a little consistency would be nice.

This is the one big thing that has always ****ed me off about these shows. How bloody fake is that "I'm from the crime lab, I have some questions for you" Im thinking that would never happen in any jurisdiction.
