If you claim to do Calgary-Edmonton in 2 hours, you deserve to pay. If you get caught doing 70 in a 50 zone, you deserve to pay.
If the speed limit on a route you've driven every day for 6 months is suddenly changed without any warning, and you get caught, then you've probably been unfairly screwed over.

Everyone speeds. Even old seniors some times. It's just about luck if you get caught or not.
