Where are the people with the old 'if you speed than you deserve to pay' arguments.
If you claim to do Calgary-Edmonton in 2 hours, you deserve to pay. If you get caught doing 70 in a 50 zone, you deserve to pay.

If the speed limit on a route you've driven every day for 6 months is suddenly changed without any warning, and you get caught, then you've probably been unfairly screwed over.

Knowingly speeding is one thing... getting bent over is another.

are you still saying HA HA! after getting caught on memorial?

Everyone speeds. Even old seniors some times. It's just about luck if you get caught or not.

I laughed my butt off the other day when I could see the cop at Sarcee and Crowchild waiting for shoulder drivers and the Cadilac Escalade SUV that had been riding my tail and blinding me with his headlight since 12mile coulee decided to pass everyone on the shoulder. Then the cop jumped out and got him. Which is funny because I was in the old Honda and I could see the cop. I imagine the view from the Caddy was not as good. I am sure he could afford to pay when you drive a $60,000 truck

I never noticed the 50/70 thing on memorial and 14th. East bound it goes 70 to 50 at CBC and West it turns to 70 from 50 at CBC non?

A big hobby of mine is seeing the shoulder drivers get pulled over there on the morning commute. I love how people think their time is so much more important than everyone elses, and then some poor sucker that actually waited in line to turn almosts gets creamed pulling into the turn lane.

Also when the roads get real bad how people turn Crowchild into a 3 lane road between Stoney Trail and Nose Hill drive. My hobbie is driving half in the right lane, half in the shoulder so those pr*cks can't get by.

Good job Hulk. I used to hate those stupid SCVS who drives on the shoulder and passes like 100 cars during rush hour.

However i did the smartest thing ever and moved from Scenic Acres to SilverSprings. No more traffic.!

I wasn't caught... I'm just cheezed off about the situation, because I have to drive ridiculously slowly now. Sooo... yes.
