They do have a book, archaic as it might be, of what you can and can not say in the House of Commons, words etc that are not proper, and it has been added on over the years. Now, what kind of reprimand they get, that I am not certain of, but there is supposed to be some bar of proper etiquette. Like I said though, too many times, the whole lot of them behave very disgracefully.
