Well, there are different types of builds that you can achieve with different types of diets, exercise, supllements etc..
Working out is not a linear line. Different techniques will help you achieve different goals, so even though it doesn't happen over night, why start going in that direction if it's not the goal you want?
The routine of someone who wants to be huge and someone who wants to be more defined/athletic will be different, so it's an important thing to say when looking for advice on that routine.
