As for the other comments..Rehab for what? Don't they already have free primary and secondary education? Also...if the parents right now don't give a **** about what their children do, what makes you think they are going to care about contraceptives?

A lot of these parents pump the kids out to get the social services check or child support.

Many of these parents have substance abuse problems. Not all, but alot do and they need help.

School isn't free. They don't give away school supplies, gas money (to and from school) / public transportation money, parking etc. Another cost that many forget is time. You can't work when your at school.

Look at it the other way, alot of these parents arn't "pumping out" kids just for a cheque. Is it fair to punish them because you group them together with the others?

Who are you talking about when you say school? I said primary and secondary meaning the kids.

So lets give them more money for their stupid ass decisions. There are a lot of programs already in place.

Yes there does need to be some programs in place, there is. But many of these people keep making the same stupid decisions over and over. Once we have given them a couple tries at improving themselves and they don't...then that should be it.
