My guess is that she said it was a miliatray plane because of how huge it would look from that close up. People probably arent used to seeing passenger jets that close (in an urban setting I mean). Add in the confusion at the time and I don't think her claims that it was a military plane can be taken seriously.

Watch it again. The fade thing is before the cut to the second plane hit.

wow...I think the hardest part of that to watch were the zoomed in shots of the thousands of people right before the first collapse. the street was literatly gridlocked with EMS...ugh that still makes me feel gross inside.

Seeing people jump in these videos is just plain disturbing.

It's hard to believe something of this magnitude wouldn't be released earlier. Quite moving, though very tough to watch all over again.

Hasn't it? For some reason it seems very familiar; the whole going out onto the balcony, not knowing who the cameraperson was talking to at first until you realize they are talking on the phone, etc.

Has anybody else seen this; but wasn't entirely sure because it would be easy to be wrong; knowing what events were about to transpire on the tape? Or am I just on crack?

Well it shows right at the start of the video, in the message from the video's owner, that it was released 9/11/06.

I can't say I have seen it, but I am in no ways an expert in what's been released to the media and such. The only reason I mentioned that it was recently released was on the Youtube version it has a slight text montage at the beginning mentioning that they had just released it.

Edit Jiggy_12 beat me to it!

It was likely cut out after talking to a lawyer - strange they would say military plane - a b757 doesnt look like many military planes, they may have been watching the news, I know on local NY channels they thought it was an attack not just commercial planes - I am guessing they could have been sued if they released a video showing those deaths (although you cant see anyone).

Interesting to see if this is true or a hoax, if true they will be facing some jailtime for with-holding evidence.

Man, that is a chilling, chilling video. Especially the part where the tower comes down. It never ceases to disgust me that people are capable of such destruction and evil.
