ok ok people, settle down, it's all right, the guy from the Maritimes is here.

I've cured every hangover I've had in the past few years within an hour.

Do all the following, or a combination it's up to you:

Gatorade: helps restore electrolites as states above, and rehyrates very well. Goes down easier than water when hungover.

1/4-1/2 shot of Rum: this might sound weird, but if you mix a slight amount of rum with your gatorade you can't really taste it, but it will kill the drug withdrawl. As someone jokingly said above, start drinking again, well actually "hair of the dog" works the best I've found.

Coffee/Coke: Once you have the gatorade you'll want to get energy levels back up, coffee or coke should do the trick. I'm not a big fan of energy drinks, so I don't know if I would reccomend Red Bull, but the theory would be the same.

Motrin IB: while as stated above, it will only cover the effects of the hangover. It covers the effects of the hangover!!! There also is trace amounts of caffine in Motrin IB if I recall correctly. I like the 400mg Super-Extra Strength stuff, but only take 1.

Chocolate Bar: I prefer Dairy Milk, lots of chocolate concentrated in a small bar, eat quickly, get the sugar high, and the endorphins (sp) that the chocolate releases

Fruit: blueberries, strawberries, rasberries, bananas, mangos, whatever the fruit will give you the natural sugars, and put something healthy in your stomach to help avoid the grogginess and and sugar/caffine crash from the above remedies

Carbs: I find pasta and carbs help re-engerize me, so again when the short term fixes wear off, you want the long term fix to start to kick in.

There have been morning I've awoken and thought "ughhh never drinking agian" then thanks to some of the suggestions above was back on the horse that night

I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

A gatorade before you go to bed (and a few glasses of water if you can muster) and a gatorade when you get up...you should be fine. Also, I know you don't feel like doing much, but I find if you can be active (go for a run; playing hockey works best) that after you're done the activity, you will feel better.

The best thing to do, is while you are drinking in between drink water, and after your done drink some more water before you go to sleep. Have gatorade the next day it helps. Water is the best cure.

I feel like death as well. Nellie's for b-fast and about 4 litres of Green Tea is running through my guts trying to counteract the bottle of JD I drank at the chucks last night.

On a lighter note, I did convince 2 very good looking girls to make out last night. That in itself is making my suffering a little more bearable.

I've been going hard all Stampede long at various corporate events and the pub crawl last Saturday. Gatorade and bananas have been my saviours.

Beer and Clamato.

If you smoke cigarettes... don't.

some some reason that makes everything right in the world, even if it's only for a few short seconds. For those few seconds (minutes preferably) there is no evil in the world.

In one of my greatest achievements as a man, the last thing I was worried about was finding my camera. It should have been a priority, but I was busy picking my tongue up off the floor.

We're having a retirement party in about 2 hours here at work, maybe I can convince the outgoing 60 yr old secretary to make out with the new 55+ yr old replacement. Would that suffice?

I'm going to get drunk again I think. I'm sitting here sweating and shaking, and the only way I can stop it is to feed my body what it's craving.

Just complain loudly to your co-workers all morning about how *smashed* you were and how much it hurts. Tell them to turn their phone ringers off because it hurts your head too much.

By the time noon rolls around, they'll likely have knocked you out and you won't have to worry about your hangover anymore.

Your best bet is mixing opiates and alcohol. If you are not into illegal drugs, go pick up some of that extra stregth tylenol that contains codeine. Make sure you take a lot of pills. Morphine is even better. It is important to take the drugs before you start drinking.

You won't have any pain when you're unconscious. Hey, you might even die. Dead people can't feel pain.
