I'm sure trunk lids are in popular demand....gotta replace them after the bolt-holes rust through from a do-it-yourself rice-rocket spoiler installation.

I think Toyotas are up there, too. Its because the older Hondas and Toyotas locks are very easy to break. Its also very easy opening them with a coat hanger.

I have Suzuki Tracker and I locked the keys in the car used a coat hanger in the window and in 3 seconds popped the lock. I think it must be a Japanese car thing.

Dude, there must be some sick twisted criminal stealing cars with Flames aerial pucks. I have a 94 GMC sierra and it was stolen right beside the sunnyside c-trains station in late April. Buggers stole it smeared A&W Every where and then left it abandoned in Forrest Lawn.
I feel your pain man. I truly do.

Thanks all.

Sorry about what happened to you, but it seems strange that you'd blame Calgary and/or the economy for the incident.
For the record I'm not blaming Calgary or the economic climate. Just a bit PO'd at the time of posting and making the point that things are increasing in an increasingly big city. I've never been effected by a crime like that and now I have. I wasn't wishing for the collapse of the free market system, don't fret.
