Obviously I love futurama. I was looking at that progressiveboink list and was pleasantly surprised that Jurassic Bark was number one. How such a funny episode could become so poignant at its conclusion is amazing. Probably the only TV show that's brought me to near tears. Okay, they were there. Only because my dog was next to me though.

God: Bender, being God isn't easy. If you do too much, people get dependent on you. And if you do nothing, they lose hope. You have to use a light touch, like a safecracker or a pickpocket.
Bender: Or a guy who burns down a bar for the insurance money!
God: Yes, if you make it look like an electrical thing. When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.

Amy Wong (advising Bender on personal health): "Why don't you try zinc, or some St. John's wort?"
Prof. Farnsworth: "Or a big, fat placebo! It's all the same crap!"
I can't seem to find some good Melvar quotes, damn that cloud of Plasma being was funny.... Super stoked to hear this series is coming back, I hope the full cast returns, not that I think any of them have gone on to superstardom. Oh and the writers need to return, Al Gore's daughter was actually not bad at it! The one where he was on was hilarious!

Melllvar: Now, that's Melllvar. . .with three L's.
Takai: I think I've been to enough Star Trek conventions to know how to spell Melllvar.

I watched that episode with my dogs too.
I'm surprised no-one has mentioned my favourite moment:
Professor Farnsworth: Good news, everyone! I have some TERRIBLE news!

I think this is the funniest line ever for the show.
Fry (narrating): Leela cried for her lost love as Fry lay dead under the heavy bookcase. The big brain laughed in triumph. "Hahaha." Then, for no reason, he left Earth forever. The End.
(Fry Closes Book)
Fry: There. Now he's trapped in a book I wrote, a crummy world of plotholes and spelling errors.
The Big Brain: The Big Brain am winning again. I am the greetest. Muhahaha. Now I am leaving Earth for no raisin.

My favorite Brannigan line:
Leela: Someone needs to teach you a lesson.
Zapp: If it's a lesson in love watch out because I have a very sexy learning disability. Kif, what do I call it?
Kif: *sigh* sexlexia.
