Nope, they are still playing according to TSN 24-14 Calgary w/ 40 seconds left in the game (probably done by now).

They blackout all homegames unless they are sold out. Thats why its not on TV.

Actually, they black games out if the building is less than 90% sold out at a certain time before the game.

That game was delayed due to the thunderstorm, however.
