Bush would probably be stoned in public if he came out and said the USA should be a milky USA. Nagin is a blatant racist, and should never have been re-elected.

New Orleans is over 50% AA, as such Nagin wins, he is seen as fighting the "fat white man".

Did anyone see his acceptance speech, that guy to the back right they said was his son, I swear l thoght it was his twin, very eerie.
