Well just watched this episode right now. Wow is all I can say.
These theories certainely are plausible, that the other's are the good one's and the Oceanic people are the bad ones.
Now with regard to Micheal, you can see he MEANT to kill Ana Lucia but not Libby, and he looked shocked that he shot her. So I think that he needs to bring back "Henry" to the Other's in order to get his kid back. And obviously shot himself to make it look like there was a struggle of som sort. Micheal is desperate, and is leading JAck and company into a trap while rescuing "Henry" and allowing him to return to the Other's. But my questions is, what the hell took Locke so long to tell the story to Jack and then Jack to SPRINT back to the hatch??

Crazy episode... I'm on the LOST bandwagon btw. I bashed it earlier like a year ago after watching one show... what was i thinking? I bought the DVD 1st series, and am all caught up on season 2 so far.
I'm sure Michael made some kind of bargain to get his son back, also parhaps to take Locke with him aswell.

You're reaching because theres no way in Hell Walt grew at such a rate that in 3 weeks he looks exactly like his dad Michael.

In a interesting way they're potraying the current group of castaways as good and the others as evil. However they have kidnapped children who are innocent, took cindy who was a good person, and the one they had locked up almost seems to be trying to recruit Locke.
If you look at all of the other members of the tribe, they've all committed fairly serious sins. What if the tribe is evil, and the others are good and offering redemption.
It goes back to the whole they're in pergetory theory and they have to be redeemed to get out.
It also explains Walt shooting Anna Lucia, since she has been fairly brutal throughout the whole time she's been there.

I see it almost the opposite way. I think the survivors have all been through some sort of Tramua that wasn't neccesarily their fault or they were almost forced into it. Kate killed her Dad but she isn't really the cold blooded murderer she was originally made out to be. Michael had Walt taken away from him, Jack had his wife leave him, Locke thought he had his Dad back only to have a kidney taken from him and then get abandoned, Sawyer had his issue with has parents as well. Seems like all the survivors went through something or did something awful that wasn't neccesarily their fault. I don't know exactly why they are all there but I almost think they are there because of the "injustices" that have happened in their lives.
What I can't figure out is how all their lives are so intertwined. Really looking forward to the next 3 weeks of episodes though. Just ****ed off I have to wait for next fall to see the next season.

Another thing. Did anyone see the commercial for the Hanso foundation during that episode? Looked like it had some phone number on the TV as well.
If anyone recorded it scan through the commercials and see f it was an ad for the Hanso foundation. I would be interested to call that number and see what it is all about.
I love how this show has different things like the Hanso commercial, websites for Oceanic airlines, websites for Charlie's band all to give you more information.
Edit - I found the number that was on the commercial
1-877-hansorg
1-877-426-7674
Try calling it. You get a whole bunch of options of differnt people to talk to and then at the end they lead you to http://thehansofoundation.org/
Anyone now what "Namaste" means? I assume it is Danish

as far as everyone being intertwined, it doesn't faze me at all. Maybe it's because I'm from a small town where everyone has a connection with someone else. I joke and say "if I don't know who you know from Cape Breton, I know their friends" - oddly enough every time someone calls me on it, it turns out true.
I think it's cool that they're showing how interconnected people actually are.

Well, I'm an Icelander, not a Dane--but I can tell you with reasonable certainty that ain't Danish. (if anyone speaks Danish and would like to correct me, feel free).
However, "Namaste" is what people say at the end of a Yoga class. I think it's some kind of blessing, but truthfully I don't really know what it means.

Are you all internet noobs??????
If in doubt, Google!
Namaste, as per Wikipedia: "'Namaste' is sometimes used in the context of practicing Yoga as a greeting or goodbye, generally taken as an expression of good will. Namaste is sometimes misinterpreted as a greeting associated with Yoga only, but it is much more widely used than that in South Asia, particularly in greeting elders. Moreover, it is used throughout Asia, especially in the context of Buddhism or Buddhist cultures, even though it is known by different names in some languages"
