Puck dropped....Lang wins the draw for the Rangers and dumps the puck slowly down the ice....penalty has expired....

Oh brother I am back from supper and this agony is still not over.

Panthers are down 3-0 after just one period and nabby has let in 3 goals on only 8 shots against. We feared that this was going to happen and sure enough nabby didn't dissapoint. The Panthers somehow have to regroup and get back in this game, stranger things have happened!

Nabby is pulling the same stunt Mike Dunham pulled last night in the NHL...You better hope you can get teh offense flowing cause I can't see Nabby stealing you a game!!

Second period underway!

The play bounces back and forth with solid checking from both teams.
The puck bounces towards the Rangers blueline,
Florida's Oli Jokinen races towards the puck and pokes it away from Serge Aubin,
The puck rolls into the corner.
Alexander Korolyuk speeds into the play and traps the puck before the Rangers defence gets back to the corner...
Korolyuk passes the puck cross ice to the far point...
Jackman picks it up and scoots towrds the middle of the ice,
Jackman floats a shot towards the Rangers net...

He SCORES!!!!!!

Gonchar takes the puck and winds up for the shot,
slapshot to the top left corner....Roloson grabs the puck and stops the play.
Rangers players dead tired chasing the puck in their own zone.
