LOL, all right, maybe worthless was a bit harsh, but nonetheless, true, at least in terms of this show. I really don't understand how she was chosen to judge the singing of others. It makes no sense to me.

This show is the perfect example of how media and marketing are RUINING the music industry.

It's also a great example of how bad television is getting.

I have never seen a full episode, and probably not more than 1.5 hours total.

However that sounded like an absolutely gorgeous train wreck. 'Live' television (do they still do the delay?) can make for some interesting situations.

But in the end, whether anything ends up with Paula or not, it'll increase ratings. Shoot, it got me interested enough to read and post.

But still I hope and pray for the day people will stop watching this show. You're KILLING MUSIC!!!

'Another crowd pleaser was Carrie Underwood's performance of her hit song, 'Jesus Take the Wheel.' He's a whole lot safer than Abdul, that's for sure.'

I think I'd walk than take either of them. As I pointed out to my co-workers on the umpteeth time of having to listen to that song in the office, 'Say what you want and believe what you want about Jesus, but I wouldn't let him near my car, seeing as it was invented about 1900 years after his death!'

I know, BOOOO!!! But a interesting example of old stories mixed with modern sayings. Or really, JUST MEANINGLESS HYPERBOLE!

I guess I'm lucky since my wife would rather watch the Flames than Ameican Idol, or any of the other reality garbage that is on. And she doesn't like to watch the Flames.

Fortunately we watch the same shows, at least the must see ones...House and 24
