Pointless rumour. Ricky is under contract in the NFL, and I'm pretty sure the CFL would never allow a guy to retire then pop up in the CFL. Otherwise, you might as well make CFL contracts worthless for the high end talent (Ricky Ray, Boerichter, etc.) as anyone that could would 'retire' and head to the NFL before their contracts were up.
