Well there you have it. They have a new agreement for the next 6 years. Only teams who voted against it were two of the poor sisters in Buffalo and Cinci. Top 15 teams will share revenue with the top 5 giving a higher percentage, 6-10 a second tier percentage, and the 11-15 an even lower percentage.

I feel the exact same way about the collossal bore that is baseball. Once spring training begins it dominates sports networks until October. Why is a split squad spring training game more important than a regular season NHL game with playoff implications? I don't know, but the folks down here sure think it is.

Nicely played by Upshall. Seriously. He was in the drivers seat on this one . . . . . completely the opposite position of his counterpart, Bob Goodenow.
