The team with the most shots wins…that’s how it works right?

Turn up the shot volume!

Well... short term pain for long term gain!

They deserved to win this one.. but deserve really has nothing to do with it. I will say this, however - the players looked very upset at this loss.

Been really impressed with Cooley so far after his shaky preseason.

Other than the goaltending… yeesh. Not much to be excited for with this group.

I am impressed with Cooley too. A question mark to start the year but has played well too bad the guys can't score for him.

Time to trade Cooley to Edmonton for a 1st + 2nd.

...but seriously, if he keeps playing this well he does become a legit asset in a trade for teams struggling with goaltending.

I’d enjoy seeing Cooley get a few more starts.

Buckle up...only another 200 games or so of this crap to watch. Chances are fair that none of them will be with McKenna, but hey....keep cheering for losses. No reason to get rid of a coach who get get two guys to go to the net together, either.

Cannot imagine the toll this will take on the young guys. Or on us, as fans.

4 wins in 17 games

Will be interesting to see what happens if it's 4 or 5 wins in 20 games after Saturday. Quarter-mark of the season

It literally shouldn't matter but for some reason it feels like it does matter.

Can’t see this team beating St. Louis, the Sharks or the Jets this week. No lights at the end of this tunnel.

I don't know about you but the Flames have me so conditioned to disappointment it really has no effect on me.

Who's going to give up any "assets" for guys that can't score, maybe the Flames can attach picks so some team will take these useless players off their hands.

I thought Ball's rush to the net was the highlight of the game.

At this point I just want them to embrace a rebuild. Trade Kadri before he loses value and ages. Same with Coleman.

Andersson value might be in the tank, but I'd still see what we could get for him. If nothing much trade him at the deadline.

Honzek had a couple of good shifts too. I'm excited for that prospect.

I'd rather watch the 140 of those that come after this season with one of McKenna, Stenlund, or Verhoeff than have to keep watching this group for the rest of this season that's for sure.
