It went off his shin. I think that's going to count.

That's not off the skate, I think it's fine

More of a kicking motion than we've seen for goals that were allowed. Always feels random though.

Off the shin probably determines it though.

If it goes off a shin pad can you kick it?

It's a kicking motion but the kicking motion was not really relevant to the puck going in

I do not understand what a kicking motion is any longer. I assume the Rockettes are just redirecting their legs during their performances.

It definitely looks like a kicking motion, but yeah it's off the shin, good no challenge.

That pass was millimeters over Weegars stick. One of those seasons.

I was going to say what counts as a kicking motion if that doesn’t.
Just have to go to Game 5 vs the Oilers for my answer.

Neither does the league. They are beyond inconsistent so no point in challenging.

Thr kicking motion happened after the puck already went off his leg, so I don't think you can call that back for him kicking the puck in.

The reason for the kicking motion rule is to protect players from injury from an extended skate blade. I don’t care if it was off the shin pad. That was clearly a kicking motion that could have put another player at risk.

He didn't kick it in with his skate.

If you can kick a puck in with your shin, then they should have challenged it. If not, good idea not to challenge.

I don't know why, but I really don't like it when Parekh dumps the puck in. It's probably because it feels like he has the skill to make a play at the line. I know it's the right play, and the play that the coaches want from him, but irrationally I want to see the guy from junior.
