Good loss. Kept it to 1 point.

Hopefully a back breaker game against Winnipeg on Friday.

Just keep playing the kids.. tons of ice time.

Shrewd move starting the 36 year old third line center in OT who was 33% in the face off dot on the night!

I think our record in no small part reflects our head coach. Or lack of one.

And holding your most dynamic player out of the game for the last 8 minutes or so, because he's young and at 32nd (now 31st) in the league, you just can't risk it.

Sportsnet enthralled to heap praise on the Habs in OT rather than look at the catastrophic breakdown defensively.

When the team captain decides to ignore his responsibility and leave a player wide open to score, it doesn’t take high skill from the Habs or anyone, takes basic hockey ability to find the open guy with a ton of 3 on 3 ice, and then score on a half open net.

We honestly would likely be a shoe in for bottom 3 if we had league average goaltending. Even with Wolf playing incredible, we have a chance to finish last.

San Jose is elite-good at not winning. It's gonna be tough.

Which is all the more impressive because their offensive capability is like 3x ours.

And? Flames opponents thus far are around .750 record wise

If the Sharks had Wolf they would be competitive. They have goal scoring talent on that team.

STOP PLAYING THE OLD GUYS

it NEVER works in OT. Play speed and youth duh… Have you not clued in yet to the new nhl?

At least Coronato was there.

They had ZERO total possession in OT. Good job coach.

And?

Shouldn't those be the teams that you're supposed to beat if you're a good team? Or are you saying the Flames aren't a good team?

*audible gasp*

It's funny because MTL puts full trust in their young and inexperienced skill and get rewarded quickly and effectively.

Meanwhile Huska, too scared, retreats back to his safe place going old and slow in 4-on-4 sudden death, as if our strategy is to stalemate our way to a win.

Amazing that he coaches like there's something left to lose.
