At least Prosvetov had really solid games in 2/3
Cooley has yet to have a performance that sits well.

I don't think the lines are that weird. The main duos are all in place
Frost/Coronato
Backs/Coleman
Lomberg/Kirkland
and in the absence of Huberdeau, Farabee/Kadri

Lines are a mish-mash but it's to be expected. It's such an odd season again and I have no idea where they will finish this year. Wolf plays out of his mind and some young player develop they could be sitting pretty. A wolf injury and veterans slowing down and they could be sitting pretty (for the draft). I'm stoked to see how it all plays out.

Waiver wire goalie claim wouldn't be the worst idea maybe?
Far better being waived than what we've witnessed all camp long.

If the Flames really think they can compete for a playoff spot, an experienced backup wouldn't be a horrible idea.
Are there many teams that still need to waive a goalie?

So, by my count, assuming Huby is ready to play, only 1 more cut is required?

yes. Only Parekh and Gridin don't require waivers.

Keeping Cooley over Prosvetov is strange, Cooley is barely an AHL goalie let alone an NHL goalie.
Kerins is not surprising, he isn't a great skater and isn't good defensively, there just isn't a role for him on the NHL team.

Ahh the classic familiarity pick.
Cooley had an .847 in camp and three poor showings. Atleast Prosvetov was decent to good in 2/3 starts.

They were both crap. That may as well have been a coin toss.

I mean, I know Huska isn't answering to me (us) but those answers don't exactly make me more confident in the decisions made.
