Just gonna keep voting my boy Mews until he’s chosen. He’s getting slept on, him and Parekh are going to destroy.

Wingardium Leviosa.
Potter again for me.
(Gridin close behind and probably even deserving a nudge above at this point but again considering longterm upside)
(and I'm not even a Potterhead for the record)

This is a super tough call, as I think Gridin is going to be amazing and I think Honzek is going to prove a lot of the doubters wrong in the end, but I went with Potter as I think he has the highest ceiling of the remaining prospects. The things he did as a 17/18 year old in the NCAA are pretty impressive. Plus he's got the pedigree behind him.

Hunter Laing article
Not that Hunter would be a consideration any time soon, but I thought this was a good spot to drop some Flames prospect reading. Maybe a late bloomer who can become the Flames next Otto.

Went with the wizard again.
I allowed myself a vision of our roster being comprised of the poll list!

Love that there are 8 guys that got more than one vote, and another 5 with one vote, in the 4th round

It’s Potter for me. I like Gridin, and his stats in the Q were good. However, Potter played in a much tougher league and managed to put up 22 points in 35 games as a 17/18 year old.

I’d love for him to work on his defense. Definitely top 10 though.

I have been voting Honzek but honestly the difference in the top ten or even 12 is very little. Whether its Potter, Reschny, Battaglia, Basha and so on each pick has a legitimate stance on being in the top five.
I have said it a few times never in my time as a flames fan have we had this type of depth. . we have two very good goalie prospects they dont break my top ten.

It’s who had the highest upside left and for me is Henry mo money Mews.
His numbers showed no one created offence like him from the back end.

I voted for Matvei Gridin because that's the most popular choice.
