I am starting to worry that the NHL will become a lot like the NBA was in 2010 with the tax free destination places being able to sign all the big name players while other teams are left scrambling for the scraps.

The CBA needs to address the tax differences and make it a melting pot where everyone is paid by the NHL based on New York taxes instead of the local teams.
