I didn't follow the Wranglers much, but in camp Grush was a non-stop hitting machine. This team seems to have a fair number of offensive defensemen that I think there is definitely room for a player like him.

1. Kuznetsov - he will end up having a long NHL career as a 4/5
2. Misa - he will overcome his smaller size to become a dynamic threat as a C at the NHL level.
3. King - A savvy pickup by the Flames. He will turn into a good 4th line C, that is a good PKer.
PS: I don't think either Mews, or Basha are diamonds in the rough, but both are going to become integral parts of the Flames going forward.

Still have faith in Stromgren.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.

Immediately? I'm going with Grushnikov making the squad out of camp. He almost made it last year.
Couple of years? Mews. He's kind of buried behind the rest of the promising young D but he's so so good.

I think Kerins has another gear. Did NOT look out of place at all during his brief stint and made a difference with the ice time given to him.

Cade Littler, following Rooney's departure, the yearly rotating door for 4C, he will come in four years from now and be that big right hand center to anchor the fourth line.

He was my pick last year. I'll let it ride one more year.

It also depends a lot on what openings are available. For example: fourth line center. Assuming Rooney is gone and a free agent isn't brought in. Of course positions will have to be earned.
A guy like Parker Bell, who plays physical and has NHL speed could land a spot on the wing in a Walker Duehr type role.

It usually comes out of nowhere, and if any of those other guys make it, would we really be surprised?

Has to be Kerins. No one else is close and fits the description of having an impact soon.

If this whole 'Wolf' character doesnt pan out we've still got Yegor Yegorov.

I’d say Klapka, Kuznetsov or Solovyov
