Can't wait to see the voting results with all the media in Edmonton having the wonder duo first and second while leaving MacKinnon off or 5th.

They didn't make the playoffs so he didn't get any hype but David Pastrnak had the same point total as Leon Draisaitl but without any of the support that Leon has. Draisaitl had McDavid with a mere six points less than him. Pastrnak's 106 points were followed by Morgan Geekie at 57 points. That's a massive gap.

Technically possible, but the chances of winning the calder in the first season playing only 25 games would be the biggest obstacle.

Pastrnak also led the league in even strength points - had 10 more than Draisaitl who was fourth.

Very surprising that MacKinnon is not on the list. There was definitely a bit of a campaign for people to switch their vote from MacKinnon to Draisaitl, so I think Draisaitl is winning

Jamie Storr once made the All-Rookie team two years in a row.

Jake Allen won it twice too, the funny thing is he didn't with a gap in the middle. 2013 and 2015, he played 15 games in 2012-2014, was on the all rookie team, didn't play any NHL games the next season so still had his rookie status. 2014-2015 was his official rookie year and was on the team again.

Hellebuyck should win. As the playoffs have shown, the Jets are pretty much nothing when he's not playing or off his game.
