Really didn't like him when he first started doing commentary, but he got a lot better and was respected by a lot of people.

Such sad news. Millen's call reminded me so much of the way my dad puts commentary on things. Going to be missed.
Was listening to Steinberg when the news came out. Pat really does well holding it together in times like these and really honours Greg as well as anyone could, just like he did for Johnny.

Sad news, I have so many memories of him doing color, especially back in the 2000's, especially that glory run in 2004. Very shocking.

Damn, that sucks.
I remember getting to see him play for the Wings in Winnipeg in the 90s. It was probably the second or third NHL game I got to see live.
