You can't omit the Chargers from this list....one Superbowl appearance that was like a 28 point loss in franchise history.
I think the Jaguars, Browns, Lions, and Texans have never made a Superbowl. Add the Bengals, Cardinals, Chargers, Bills, Falcons, Panthers, Titans, Vikings as teams who have never won one. Than you have the teams like the Cowboys, Dolphins, Raiders, Jets who are 20 yesrs or more since they were last successful....than maybe you get to the Giants.
Likely 4 prime time games in the first 6 weeks...than we can forget about them after that.

Unless they draft Shadeur or Cam Ward I don't see them getting more than the token TNF game.

Knowing the Giants, they'll mess that up, too.

Nah it's gotta come full circle, this time a Manning forces his way out of New York instead of forcing his way there.

I mean I'm not trying to embarrass someone with past posts since we all have doozies in hindsight so I won't quote with names but
" good move by the Jets"
Another poster
"Adams gives Rodgers someone who he trusts, but one of the best route runners in the league."
"Raiders are stubborn and could have gotten more"
"Raiders in shambles" (maybe true but not because of this trade)
When I suggested he was a rental
"there's already rumours they are re-working his contract, so we'll see."
So there certainly was some praise/Raider hater on CP about the trade. These NFL threads aren't all that active there was barely any posts at all about the trade...I will admit a lot of the praise I was talking about came from other sites I was going from memory of posts made in October afterall.
The Jets traded a 3rd for a player in october, won 3 more games, and lost him for nothing...it was an absolute howler of a deal for them.

More Ravens news. Sounds like Steve Smith is sleeping with an employees wife who he met working for the Ravens.

EDIT: If they can restructure a few contracts, they can get under the cap. That said, unless they draft well, I have hard time seeing them not being 5-12 or worse next year. At least in 2026, they can turf Carr and go into full rebuild with a boat load of cap space.

He missed 7 games last season and the Saints were 0-7 in games he didn't play. In his 27 starts for the Saints he's 14-13, thrown for 35 TD, 13 INT, 68% COMP%, 99.35 RTG. He's actually played well for the most part given the disaster the offensive line has been and the lack of talent on offence. He's one of those guys that's just never played on a really good team.

Yeah not surprising he's staying, as the way his contract is designed, they'd basically save only $1 million dropping him due to the cap hit. Yeah 1 more year of cap hell (and 5-12 to 7-10 bliss), then it's over. t's much easier financially to drop him in 2026.
I just hope Arch Manning doesn't declare for the Draft until 2027, I'm putting all my eggs in that basket ha-ha.

Have lots of cap space so even if he's just hurt most of the time the acquisition cost is low so feels like a nice, low risk trade for Washington.

Chiefs are trading Joe Thuney to the Bears for a 4th. Thunder is still an elite guard and serviceable as a tackle. He is 34, but should help the Bears a lot in the interior of that line.

Not sure how this makes a shaky Chiefs offensive line better.

looks like they are shifting Suamataia to LG and looking for a new LT, which makes sense. He looked more like a G/RT pre-draft anyway.
a 4th and a 6th for Thuney and Jackson is a decent gamble for Chicago to upgrade that line.

Seattle's WR situation is interesting too. Metcalf has requested a trade, and they've just released Lockett.

Hopefully Max can now focus more on his craft than running his mouth.

I'm terrified the Raiders are going to overpay for this guy. Raiders need to steer away from volatile players and his stats have been trending down.
