Being alergic to wheat I've had to become very creative in my diet. If it wasn't for "healthfood" people and naturalpaths I'd still be fudge. No doctor/dermatologist figured it out.

Next time you are sick - do this - 2 tablespoons of Cyanne pepper and 1 heaping tablespoon of garlic in a can of tomato soup. Down it fast! Hurts going in and out but you will not be sick the next day. Cyanne pepper is a blood cleaner and garlic is an antioxident. You may or may not thank me... lol
