Play Alberta has lots of technical problems. A couple of Summers ago (2022) I placed a future bet on the Stanley cup, A bet that had an early cash out option. I checked in on the cash out option every now and then, until February when the bet disappeared. When I contacted support they basically told me the betting history only goes back 6 months, so once the futures bet was 6 months old it just disappeared. They had no record of it. I have a record of the $100 deposit, but not of the transaction where I placed the Bet. I dealt with customer service for about 2 months, before my bet didn't cash because my team didn't win and I dropped it because dealing with customer service overseas was a pain.

I completely agree.
If you want a little dopamine hit and something to pass the time, someone recommended Balatro in the game thread. It's a super fun and addictive poker based solitaire game that doesn't drain your wallet the more you play.

One free play?! What does a guy gotta do around here to win $80,000,000?!
I will say this about playalberta, saves a trip of shame to the circle K line to buy/check tickets.

Obviously, you have no reading comprehension skills. What I said is I rarely play but when I do I use the bonus cash that Play Alberta occasionally gives you. That is extra promotional cash that they give you to use. I mostly have an account to buy the odd lottery ticket to save trees and so I don’t have to go to the store. You can’t use the bonus cash for lottery tickets and you can’t cash it out.
I started this thread only to point out the irregularities to other people who may play so they realize there are problems with the integrity of these games. Obviously, the odds favour the gaming house, but even more so when these types of irregularities exist.
