Flames rounding out that top 4 D with Bahl and Miromanov, nice to see. Both logging 20+ minutes per night more regularly.

Our goalkeeping has been excellent
Even tough it isn’t “part of the game”, those were 2 nice shoot out goals.
Good win
Team is showing great attitude

It’s really too premature to say the K word, but Wolf really is making me feel like we have a new K word

Are we seeing Miro finally developing into a bonifide NHLer?
That would be great news for the Flames.

Huska stuck with Kirkland and the 3rd shooter, props to him.
Kuzy with a beauty in the shootout also!

Wolf keeps the Flames in the game with reel to reel saves until they get their game on track. Seems to be a familiar pattern when Wolf plays.

Not the most talented, but an honest, hard working team that brings their best most nights. Dustin Wolf is a cheat code.

People need to realize that although Miromanov is 27,, that was only his 67th NHL game.
He's got a lot of room to grow still.

Pretty sure I was standing near him at the Bruce Springsteen concert.
Almost asked him but didn’t.

It is interesting that the Flames are winning in spite of a handful of players being snakebitten. Zary looks like he should have had 2 goals a game for the last handful of games. Kuznetsov keeps getting close.
Who had: "Flames really solid defensively" as a theme this season? Both goalies being very good?
Huska has this team playing very well to their strengths and doing a heck of a job covering up their weaknesses.
Wolf was EXCELLENT tonight. I think you can make the argument that you keep him for the third game in a row on Thursday. I mentioned in the GDT that Huska has been really deploying the goalies very well with all needs being served, and that he should only deviate from it when goalies exceed the high water mark of a shut-out or 'stealing a game' - I think Wolf stole this one tonight (though Varlamov made a couple of steal-worth saves as well).
Entertaining and intense game even if it was another low-scoring affair.

The Flames dominated the 3 on 3 despite the penalty. Deserved to win this (boring) game. Wolf is really coming into his own now. He looked solid in the shootout (which wasn’t the case in his previous one).

Any of the last 12 goalies or whatever it's been since Kipper would give up a goal on those third period chances by the Isles.
Hopefully not premature, but I say Dust off that Calder trophy.
