Forgot about them. It probably makes the most sense to keep them in the east and as regional as possible.
A lot of these arenas that could host the NHL temporarily may be booked for other things though. They would need to consider ease of scheduling as well, because it won't just affect Tampa, but also the teams they play if things need to get moved around a lot.

To be slightly more helpful, the NHC's storm surge map shows it coming right up to Amalie Arena. I'm not sure if it will reach the arena or not.
