I was going to recommend Decathlon because when I was in Europe a year ago everyone was wearing decathlon branded stuff. You’ll fit right in with the locals

I was in Europe and took a goretex adidas terrex shell. I also took my puffer coat. They both fold down especially the puffer. Depending upon what you do with your carryon and the thickness of the puffer, you could put them both easily into a backpack.
