Thats not a good sign, not that I have much hope for him in as a future NHL prospect, but maybe its an injury?

Hoskin scored his second goal of the season in a 3-3 tie with RPI

Suniev was held pointless in a 4-3 loss to Sacred Heart

UND has quite a deep and old team. Here are the three freshmen forwards that they've dressed for the first two games:
  • Sacha Boisvert...no explanation needed considering his standing at the 2024 NHL draft
  • Mac Swanson, who is an 18 y/o stand-out and last season's third-highest scorer in the USHL behind Trevor Connelly and our beloved Gridin
  • Cody Croal, who is older than Littler, but appears to play a tough game (based on his PIMs) and put up an assist in UND's home opener

Littler is the third youngest player on the roster, and it's only been two games. No need to worry yet

Fair enough, he’s still a 2022 draft pick and really hasn’t shown any growth is all.

Wonder why he chose UND knowing all that.

Thankfully he is only 20, so time to grow his game

^ Ya, it's not like people are starting to worry, there's been no progress since his draft.

But as a 7th round pick it's a long shot to begin with anyway.

Suniev is tied for the lead in the NCAA for goals. Hope he keeps it up. That would really be awesome.

With the new CHL-NCAA agreement, maybe it's possible for Littler to leave UND and play for the Wenatchee Wild mid-season. Tri-City currently holds his rights.

His dad is still the Wenatchee GM and one of their overagers (Evan Friesen) isn't doing very well on the scoresheet.

Playing top line in the dub next to Kenta Isogai is probably better for his development than riding the pine as UND's 13/14 forward.

I think the deal with Littler is that he's ping-ponged around between teams, leagues and commitments. He might want to stick with school, because I'm not sure a pro career is in the cards.

Suniev just scored the game tying goal with 17 sec laft in the 3rd; his 6th of the season
UMass going to OT vs UConn

before the game the UConn coach called Suniev the best goal scorer in Hockey East. Pretty good considering the names at BC and BU. Ryan Leonard and Cole Eiserman are two pretty elite goalscorers. Imagine if Suniev can be that level

Oct.25th:

Suniev scores in a 3-3 tie with UConn. 6gp/6g/2a/8pts,+4, 4 PIM. He is tied for 8th in NCAA scoring, and tied for first in goals- although the player he's tied with has played 1 more game.

Penn St. beats St.Lawrence, 3-2. Sergeev stops 14 of 16. 3-1-0, with a 1.99 GAA, and a .919 SV%.

Hoskin gets 1g, 2a, +2 in a 7-3 win over Robert Morris. 5gp/3g/3a/6pts,+1, 2 PIM, pretty good numbers- even for a 20 year-old.

#7 North Dakota beats #3 Boston U, 7-2. Littler gets an assist, and was +1. 2gp/0g/1a/1pt,+1, 0 PIM.
