Bell is being criminally underrated, IMO. 33 goals and 64 points on a team as bad as Tri-City is a big accomplishment, and he's 6'4"with excellent speed. I think he should have been on the list long ago.
Reminds me a bit of David Moss. Size, good skating, two-way guy that could play on the third line and pop the odd goal.

I am a little surprised to see Sam Morton currently in the lead at the time of this post (edit, not leading but in 2nd place). Hopefully he becomes an NHL player one day, but an undrafted 25 year old with only 13 professional games in the AHL to his name, I think the odds are against him.
As for Zarubin, these guys had him as the number 1 goalie available in the draft.
I don't really know the people behind the video, but they sound like they know their stuff.
