Lots of GMs I’m speaking with don’t know where the ratings are and honestly it took me awhile to find.

This one has the expanded ratings, you just need to unhide the columns.

Also the new site shows the ratings in a nice sortable way as well:

This is easier to sort through, on excel you have to control f everytime and sometimes it doesn't bring anyone up.

Coaches aren't a thing in the CPHL. If you are showing a coach it's just because at some point it wasn't deleted from your team.
