Over the life of the contract. So $3.2 instead of $4 (rumoured) means he’s leaving $800k pa x 4 years =$3.2 million on the table over the life of the contract. Or a year under contract at $3.2 million.

All based upon the unproven $4mill pa.

That’s a terrific discount if true.

I mean the 4x4 number is coming from Canucks insiders BUT obviously never going to be proven otherwise the NHL would have to do something about the rampant tampering that goes on in the NHL.
