Canucks up 2-0. I hope they hold onto that spot so Edmonton can get bounced by Vegas in round 1.

Washington is a very bad team. They weren't even trying to prevent that last goal.

Canucks with a good first period. JT Miller is a beast and a huge part of the teams success.
####ty Josh Manson head hit on Miller near end of period.

Remember when we all laughed at the Canucks for overpaying Miller? Good times!

Zadorov has more points tonight than Lindholm has in his last 10 games combined.

Because the city gets no sun so the players are not used to the light.
I just made that up.

DeSmith gets an assist on Zadorov's goal, 3-0 Canucks.

Does Desmith now have more points than Lindholm? Has to be close.

Rantanen scores with three seconds left in the second period to get the Avalanche on the board,
3-1 Canucks.

Very emotionally involved in this Avalanche/Canucks game. Let's see how it goes in the 3rd.

Put on the caps:grease game with no sound. God the caps PP is awful. Here’s hoping Tom Wilson ‘Tom Wilsons’ one of the oilers.

I would never hope for one player to inflict a deliberate major injury on another.
However, it would be hilarious if one of the Oilers tried to ‘Tom Wilson’ a Capital, and it turned out to be Tom Wilson – and the Oiler went *splat* like a bug on a windshield.
’Tis the sport to have the enginer hoist with his own petard.

Holy god they let Connor brown score. That’s rock bottom.
And the sweatpants and mullets faithful give him a standing ovation. Heaping praise on something awful. It’s what Edmonton is built on.

Edmonton has done a great job of getting teams that are hitting the skids just as they show up on the Oilers schedule. Oh well, no easy teams and backup goalies once the playoffs start.

Good game.
Nucks just about score off another outstanding Miller play.
