Ha Ha...these between period clowns are good for a laugh! Fire up the parade! Pickard stoned a plumber who hasn't scored in months, hasn't had a penalty shot, in my recollection, and who would be around 11th or 12th in the shootout line up, again, none that I am aware of this year!

Watching the Oilers do well it's kind of like watching World War II documentaries and the first couple years where the Nazis do well. You know eventually of a good guy is when, but it's still alarming to see

They're going to break the record, aren't they :/
They won't win the cup, but I can't handle another 3-4 months of "the streak" talk.

These Bums will still be only 6th in the West, after having won 15 in a row. That is the truth of these stat padding creeps.

Oh, those wonderful Oilers beat the worst team in the west. A team that played in Seattle last night. Give them the Cup right freaking now!

Yup, and outside the penalty shot those little league darlings played an infraction free game. The league wants the Oilers and McDivey to win the Cup. It is so blatantly obvious.

Oilers with another win against the worst team in the league. Plan the parade!
Let's take another look at this so-called "greatest streak in history" again, shall we?

That's a whopping total of 4 playoff teams that they've faced during this ridiculous, butter-soft schedule. Of those 4 teams, only the Rangers could be considered possible contenders. The rest of their wins have been against bottom feeders and non-playoff teams playing garbage hockey, and many of those games were tight contests that could have gone either way.
And this is the team that everyone is proclaiming will win it all? It's sheer lunacy to think that these losers are getting anywhere near the Cup just because they've beaten a bunch of awful to mediocre teams during what is arguably the easiest schedule of any team so far this year.

This is immediately what came to my mind as well.
A very apt comparison.

Pretty sure their streak would be over if it had to go through Colorado, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Dallas.
I'd say Vegas but they're not quite back out of their own rut.

They're also missing Eichel, so the Oilers catch another break when they play them in a few days.

Impressive play in the third period by the Predators. Josi and O'Reilly came through for the Predators with two points each. Predators win 3-2 in regulation time.
Patrick Roy saw his team go down 3-0 in the first period. I thought it would be a flashback when he got lit up against the Red Wings way back then. The Islanders eventually came back to tie it at 3-3 with all of their goals on the power play. Monahan scored the winning goal with just over two minutes left in regulation time, 4-3 Habs.p
