Was hoping for something filthy from Johnson there.

Edit - Was hoping for something filthy from Pettersson there .

Edit - That move was filthy.. I like that.

Canucks streak of winning after leading into the third is now over with a SO loss.

Elvis stones the Canucks stopping all attempts, Marchenko wins it for the Jackets

A very successful 7 game road trip by the Canucks. 5 - 1 - 1 losing the first and last game to the two non-play-off teams and beating the five play-off contenders in the middle.

Bennett falls on Stolarz and then gets up and screens him for the OT goal against. Ouch.

Mind you, it wouldn't even be in OT if Stolarz wasn't letting softies in all day (he made a great save on the shot in OT before Bennett fell on him though).

Edit: Also Barkie was on the bench for the last half of the 3rd and OT. Hope he's ok, he's been unreal this season.

He was brutal today. I'll forgive it because he's given them pretty good work as the back up this year, but today was crap. Shouldn't have been close at all, and Anaheim wins in OT because of leaky tending.

Kings win - booo
Kraken lose - Yay

50/50 on OOT as we are chasing both teams. should real in SEA first anyway. When SEA plays Coilers that'll be a tough result no matter what.

EDIT: Oops still have a very relevant VGK vs NSH and STL vs PHI on. So far so good on the first one, VGK would be fun to catch, but not likely. Preds losing is a priority for sure. Blues losing would also be ideal of course.

Personally, I'd love it if Bennett was an option for the 2nd line center spot if Lindholm gets traded, sandwiched between Naz and Backlund on 1st and 3rd. He has his shortcomings, but overall, a player I want on my team.

Edwards has always been a wild homer who has said some pretty questionable things but he used to be an objectively good play-by-play guy with a ton of energy. Sad to hear that.
