Great win! Flames are gradually starting to look like a playoff calibre team. Probably just one round unfortunately, but it would be fun to see these guys make the dance. They're a fun team to cheer for.

I'm already on the tank train, but if Flames somehow knocks out Oilers from WC2 and makes the POs.....

Why did we trade a 30 goal scorer for a guy who was a healthy scratch in the playoffs

Start by kicking their teeth in on Hockey Day in Canada

Highlighted by a few dazzling moves from Huberdeau like tonight!

What a fun game.

The Flames improve to 8-0-1 in the last 9 against Arizona.

Sharangovich passes Toffoli in goals, with 17 on the season, and in points with 30. His first goal was an absolute beauty, but all 3 were on terrific plays.

Huberdeau was cooking again tonight with 2 assists. Someone mentioned he's a PPG in 2024.

Markstrom was absolutely terrific in the 2nd.

With Andersson's goal, we now have 3D with 7 or more goals. Only Detroit has 2D with 7 or more; and only 21D in the entire NHL scored 7 or more.

Coleman continues an impressive season, with a great pass, and a deflection.

The Backlund goal was also great finish on the breakaway.

Pospisil was also awesome, getting under the Coyotes skin, and playing his game.

The 4th line was a bit non-existant. Zary had a quiet game, and Kadri kept missing wide open chances on the PP.

Well deserved win.

Hmmm. Is Huby's play finally developing results? He's been a point generator for a minute.

The culture change even with the pending UFA players is amazing.

They looked miserable after wins last season.

Put your best passer with your best shooter and see what happens.

Sharangovich has one of the best releases in the NHL and that isn't an exaggeration. Hopefully next year we can lock him up long term.
