If OP really wants to stick out using the tech out there, the use of a avatar AI program to turn the image into a video and singing a song. Maybe if your pic is singing something by lil Yachty, it might have more "yacht" vibes as you were requesting.

I'm actually surprised no one has bothered to blend the headshot into a promo shot for the reality television series 'Below Deck'. There's plenty of yacht-related photography that would work.
