Markstrom with a heck of a game. I imagine that guy is going to want out after Lindy leaves.
Are we talking enough about Zary? 6 points in 6 games?

Definitely a fun game to watch! Love beating Montreal too. The kids are alright!

Can anyone explain why Hanifin is on the PP?
Surely the coaches have eyes and can see how terrible he is offensively.

Not sure how many saw this in the game thread, but Zary and Bedard are both tied for exactly 1.00 pts per game... and they're the only two in the league (rookies, min 5 games played).

Matheson totally dove on Mangiapanes late penalty taking advantage of having riled him up earlier in the period interfering Mangiapane on beating an icing.

I really like our young players. I would not be opposed to the Flames starting to dump our older forwards. Especially Huberdeau. I keep giving him another chance. But he was horrible tonight.
Kadri has really picked up his game.

Expected 3.54 for Habs versus 2.22 for Flames
Marky stole that one!
Mangi/Lindholm/Ruzicka had a strong possession game.
Pospisil looked good with Zary and Kadri. Pospisil was 0.511 expected goals.

Yep, I'm at the point where I cheer for wins and if they lose and decide to rebuild then so be it. But I won't be wanting them to lose.
