This is actually the most fitting post i've seen all year. If anyone is fit to lead this team directly towards the draft lottery, it's Huberdough.

To those with one foot in the past and one foot in tomorrow your peeing ALL over today.
Let's get back on the horse , put in a 43 minute effort and get the 2pts
Can't change the past.....change the ending!!!!

Dallas seems like a solid team. Remember the good old days when the flames beat the good teams and lost against the bad?
This certainly could go either way!

Scoring Winger

With a win Flames would be 1 point out of 2nd wild card spot

Yeah, I think they win tonight, simply because that is the opposite of what most fans want.
But if it goes the other way, and we see another effort like the last couple, the season is 100% done. If that embarrassment on Sunday, coupled with the story on Monday, doesn't bring out a HUGE effort, this season is officially over. Ten. Games. In.

Let the young guys score, but sadly I’d much rather a loss as I think a bottom out here early is the only hope we have at that “r” word Bean refuses to say.

What happened to the other 17 minutes? Did Nixon erase it?

This team doesn't deserve your work, Cheese. Maybe they'll justify your efforts with a decent showing tonight.

This is the most important game of the season.
A Big L on the line! If they can go out there and lay another goose egg, things are looking promising moving forward!
I'm looking to see Huby dig real deep and get benched after the 1st period. If Kadri can have 2-3 massive turnovers leading to goals against, he'll have earned his paycheque.
The damn thing is that Mangiapane-Backlund-Coleman line. We need them to get it together and stop effectively driving play into the opposition's zone.
Should be a fun night for Raz, hopefully he's quite rusty coming off his 4 game suspension.

My first attended game of the year. Therefore a win. Even moreso because I have Oettinger in my pool so he's going to be a seive.

I think your assessment is on the right track. For this season's sake, I hope he runs away with it too. Sharangovich did decent in that role so I hope Coronato can do the same. Greer and Duehr have done their part so far in getting some energy into the lineup.
