Looooots of time when you’re playing against a team that doesn’t know how to play defence.

Oilers are like a beer league team with greedy superstars. Even 8 goal leads aren’t safe when the guy with the tinted visor checks out of the game.

Edmonton looked like #### until they were gifted that first powerplay.

4 - 0 for the E=NG's. I think McLoser should give the cup to Woody first. Putting McDeai together is so fricking brilliant.

Minnesota's defense looks thin with Spurgeon and Goligoski hurt and Dumba gone. Brodin, Addison (who was criticized a lot last year), Brock Faber (Fiala trade? I forgot), and some filler.

Canucks right back to exactly what they were...

Massively inconsistent.

They pulled that stunt a lot last year. World beaters one night then follow it up with a stinker.

Not concerned about the Canucks. But thanks for smoking the Oilers to start. It's always a gift to the rest of us when a team can expose those #####s as being no good and very beatable on any given night.

If Nashville had any finish this game would be a lot closer. They’ve had almost 40 shots. Edmonton is still garbage defensively. Their goalie just happens to be having a good night.

Eberle chucking knuckles with O’Connor early.

Spirited tilt. Commentators saying likely due to the hit on Cogliano last year

Boooo. I wanted to see their tandem go full sieve and the panic that would ensue.

Cale Makar becomes the fastest defenseman in NHL history to 250 career points, doing so in 241 games.

The previous mark was held by Bobby Orr, who did so in 247 games.

Zadina looks good in SJS.
Woulda have been okay with the Flames taking a flyer on him.

Looks like the guy he was drafted to be tonight.

Eklund looking good too.

The Sharks had a 3-2 lead heading into the 3rd period, but, the Hurricanes scored 4 times in 6 minutes to win 6-3. Blackwood was in net for the Sharks and made 36 saves despite letting in all 6 goals. The Hurricanes kept Blackwood busy as the shots were 42-16 for Carolina. Jarvis had 2 PPGs for the Hurricanes as his team's PP was 3/7 and the Sharks were 2/6.

The Knights beat the Stars in the SO. It felt like a playoff game as it was when the 2 teams played in the WCF back in May. There were so many hits. The Knights were 4/4 on the PK.
