Minnesota's defense looks thin with Spurgeon and Goligoski hurt and Dumba gone. Brodin, Addison (who was criticized a lot last year), Brock Faber (Fiala trade? I forgot), and some filler.

They pulled that stunt a lot last year. World beaters one night then follow it up with a stinker.
Not concerned about the Canucks. But thanks for smoking the Oilers to start. It's always a gift to the rest of us when a team can expose those #####s as being no good and very beatable on any given night.
If Nashville had any finish this game would be a lot closer. They’ve had almost 40 shots. Edmonton is still garbage defensively. Their goalie just happens to be having a good night.

Boooo. I wanted to see their tandem go full sieve and the panic that would ensue.
The Sharks had a 3-2 lead heading into the 3rd period, but, the Hurricanes scored 4 times in 6 minutes to win 6-3. Blackwood was in net for the Sharks and made 36 saves despite letting in all 6 goals. The Hurricanes kept Blackwood busy as the shots were 42-16 for Carolina. Jarvis had 2 PPGs for the Hurricanes as his team's PP was 3/7 and the Sharks were 2/6.
The Knights beat the Stars in the SO. It felt like a playoff game as it was when the 2 teams played in the WCF back in May. There were so many hits. The Knights were 4/4 on the PK.
