Lightning need someone cheap. Athletic speculates they may look at Halak or Elliot, who are free agents still, or wait to see what else pops up on the waiver wire.
Surely someone better than Martin will come along.

Vvladar would be the optimal choice for Tampa, they would love the stability for next year, too. But that trade would have to be money in, money out.
