If this team is serious about winning, it requires a willingness to be crappy for a number of years, there is no other way around this....soon it will be forced on them, whether they like it or not. They just have lost way too much talent the last year, that is so difficult to recover from, especially in pro sports.
1. Build an arena (it would help to retain and attract talent)
2. Fire Sutter
3. Hire Mitch Love and Conroy as your next coach and GM
4. Stop drafting American players...it's killing this organization.
